New Feature: Calendar View
While seeing a list of your appointments is great, it doesn’t give you a good idea of what your week will look like. For example, by just glancing at a list, you cannot tell that your Wednesday is filled to the brim, while you have the whole afternoon open on Thursday.
ScheduleThing’s new and convenient Calendar View lets you see your entire week with just a quick skim. Furthermore, it allows you to easily change appointments by dragging them from one time slot to another, significantly increasing your schedule’s flexibility.
To view this feature in the web-based scheduling system, go to your Dashboard and select the “Week” option on the upper right hand side. You’ll see your entire week’s schedule, including resource blackouts, overlapping appointments and specific time slots. To change an appointment time, simply drag the resource box over to the date and time you’d prefer. ScheduleThing’s automated appointment system will contact the client with the updated appointment information to prevent mix-ups.
