New Feature: Custom Notifications
Your business could be a little funky, or maybe it’s very prim and proper. Regardless of your style, automatic messages just don’t match the voice of your business. Now there’s a solution for that!
The new and improved ScheduleThing allows you to completely customize the notifications sent to your customers. This means that you can change the wording of your message to better reflect the character of your business. The messages won’t feel like they were written by corporate drones: they’ll be original to you!
To customize client emails within the web-based scheduling software, go to “Settings” and then “Booking Site.” You then have the option to customize a verification or confirmation email. We want to make sure your company’s voice is represented, so feel free to edit the prompt in any way you see fit.
